The location of the guest house was ideal for us as it was pretty close to the city center and very close to the stadium where the event we were attending took place. It was also conveniently located near a tram line, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The shared bathrooms were well-equipped and maintained. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including hot cooked food.
The parking spaces were quite tight, making it difficult for cars of a larger size to maneuver.

The breakfast was delicious! The cooks did an excellent job and the food was a perfect start to our day. We also loved the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to visit, making it easy to explore the city. the staff members were very friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and assistance whenever we needed it.

The location was central and close to everything on Wellington Parade. The hotel was easily accessible by tram from Southern Cross Station, making it convenient for transportation. The breakfast included in the room price was excellent and added great value.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the MCG and other attractions. The free parking is a big plus and the prices are reasonable for what you get. The breakfast selection is amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and the attention to detail is evident throughout.
This hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't think of anything that needs improvement.

I had a lovely stay at Georgian Court B&B Guest House. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The old world charm of the place added to its appeal. The breakfast and dining room were great, and I was really surprised by the amazing value for the price I paid. The room had clean sheets and towels, and the air conditioning was a welcome addition. The spacious bathroom was a plus, and I was grateful for the free onsite parking.
